This role drives business performance, supports company initiatives, and ensures alignment with FBM’s standards, values, and long-term growth objectives</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Operations & Performance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct and coordinate daily branch activities to achieve optimal efficiency and service levels </li>\n <li>Monitor operational performance, including inventory control and product/service quality </li>\n <li>Ensure execution of company policies, procedures, and safety standards </li>\n <li>Support budgeting processes and ensure departmental alignment with business goals </li>\n <li>Forecast and manage sales performance in a high-growth environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Team Development    </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership, coaching, and development for all branch personnel </li>\n <li>Partner with managers and supervisors on recruitment, selection, and employee development </li>\n <li>Evaluate team strengths and identify opportunities for growth and advancement </li>\n <li>Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with FBM values</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Customer & Business Development </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers </li>\n <li>Support efforts to expand market share within target segments </li>\n <li>Promote a customer-first mindset across all branch operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Alignment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with leadership to establish short- and long-term business goals </li>\n <li>Participate as a member of the management team in driving organizational direction </li>\n <li>Ensure alignment with company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Responsibilities & Miscellaneous</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support operations, sales, and corporate objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2+ years of management or leadership experience, preferably in construction or building materials distribution </li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills </li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams </li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field </li>\n <li>Knowledge of drywall, metal framing, and related construction products </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications </li>\n <li>Experience in the construction or distribution industry</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Reports To</u></strong></p>\n<p>District Manager</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></p>\n<p>The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, and work location within state.
