    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title:</span></p>\n<p>Lean Transformation Engineer</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span></p>\n<p>CK International, Dungannon</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span></p>\n<p>Mid-range (dependent on experience)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THE ROLE:</span></p>\n<p>The Lean Transformation Engineer will support the development and execution of site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, embedding lean principles and driving measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and deploying lean processes aligned with business objectives.</li>\n<li>Championing lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management.</li>\n<li>Analysing manufacturing, fabrication and business support processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.</li>\n<li>Leading cross-functional improvement projects to optimise throughput, reduce lead times, and improve quality.</li>\n<li>Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and governance structures to track progress and sustain gains.</li>\n<li>Acting as a change leader, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.</li>\n<li>Supporting and coaching managers and supervisors to adopt new ways of working.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and supply chain to implement process enhancements.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training materials.</li>\n<li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process-related issues.</li>\n<li>Ensure all process changes comply with regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline or a Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, continuous improvement or lean manufacturing roles. </li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central) and digital manufacturing tools.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001</li>\n<li>Experience in modular manufacturing, fabrication, or project-based production environments would be advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join CK International?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to shape and lead a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">new, high-impact role</span></li>\n<li>Be part of a growing, innovative company in the waste management sector</li>\n<li>Work on meaningful projects that directly impact business performance</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment with opportunities for development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you think you are the right fit for this role or any other positions at CK international please click apply.
