          "text": "<p>The Certified Technician, Structural Repair is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the aircraft’s structure</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Inspects, evaluates, repairs, modifies and welds the metal parts and /or composites of the aircraft to a standard of airworthiness in accordance with the applicable company maintenance control manuals and Transport Canada regulation;</li><li>Orders the necessary parts and insures follow-up on them with Technical Purchasing;</li><li>Works closely with the maintenance technicians to keep all aircraft systems operational;</li><li>Completes for all parts and structure maintenance carried out, all paperwork required by the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), Aircraft Services Maintenance Control Manual (MCM)&#xa0; and Maintenance Policy MPM);</li><li>Recommends for certification, or certifies through the signing of a maintenance release, the completion of work, and that the work performed on the aircraft structure is in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.</li></ul>",
