    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.14.30/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION:</strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Facility Event Attendant</p><p><strong>LOCATION:</strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>San Antonio, TX</p><p><strong>HOURS:</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>Event days, nights, weekends, and potential holidays</p><p><strong>COMPENSATION:&nbsp;</strong> Hourly, $15 per hour</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong></p><p>The Facility Event Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Property and Facilities Manager, assists in venue preparation prior, during, and after the event.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assist in preparing the venue for opening</li><li>Changing the marquee following each performance</li><li>Venue cleanup of trash and bio fluids as needed, using personal protective equipment</li><li>Walking venue inside/out to sweep and clean or direct cleaning team, as needed</li><li>Prepare set ups as outlined in event advance; set up tables, merch display, signage&nbsp;</li><li>Confirm receipt of and deliver Playbills/programs to the theatre when required</li><li>Assist other departments when necessary and as directed by a supervisor&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to a wide range of venue/patron issues with sensitivity and care</li><li>Setting up &amp; breaking down of vendor displays, bike rack, station, security tables, bollards and metal detectors</li><li>General duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS</strong></p><ul><li>The position will work across the ATG-San Antonio venues, the Majestic Theatre,&nbsp;Charline McCombs Empire Theatre and The Espee at St. Paul Square.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate and effectively communicate with ATG San Antonio departments (Property &amp; Facilities, General Management, Production, Front of House, Ticketing/Box Office, Marketing, Food &amp; Beverage), and outside vendors/partners/patrons.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE and SKILLS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Existing knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the following:</li></ul><ol><li>ATG policies and procedures</li><li>Basic understanding of overall Maintenance and repair.</li><li>Basic understanding of electrical distribution &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Venue layout and seating &nbsp;</li><li>Event advance document, Event times and operational needs.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><strong>COMPETENCIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to multi-task and respond effectively in time sensitive environment.</li><li>The physical requirements of the position include heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Work outside (The Espee is an outdoor amphitheater, and The Majestic &amp; Empire Theatres are indoors)</li><li>The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to work independently while exercising judgement and initiative. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible hours, nights and weekends.&nbsp;</li><li>As an international company, ATG offers potential for geographical changes as well as upward mobility within the company</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\">&nbsp;</p></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
