    "description": "<p>■ 關於我們<br>KKday 是亞洲領先的旅遊體驗電商平台，致力於為全球旅客提供最方便、在地且獨特的旅遊體驗。我們運用數位科技重新定義旅遊產業，目前在全世界多個國家設有辦公據點。在 KKday，我們不僅僅是在銷售票券，更是在打造與推廣目的地旅遊的數位生態系。如果您渴望與一群對旅遊充滿熱情、具備數據思維且勇於挑戰現狀的夥伴共事，歡迎加入我們！</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>■ 職位目標與責任<br>作為台灣目的地產品的核心領導者，您將負責主導樂園景區與交通票券的戰略佈局。我們期待您利用深厚的產業人脈，整合跨界資源，帶領團隊達成業績目標。<br>- 資源整合與策略聯盟 (Strategic Resource Integration)：<br>- 主導與台灣高鐵的行銷合作專案，特別是針對外國人來台旅遊的交通解決方案與推廣案。<br>- 與台灣大型樂園景區建立並維持深層戰略合作，爭取獨家或具競爭力的票券產品。<br>- 負責跨產業資源整合（如：觀光局專案、異業結盟），提升產品能見度與品牌影響力。<br>- 團隊帶領與績效管理 (Leadership &amp; Performance Management)：<br>- 管理並指導開發團隊，制定清晰的目標管理 (KPI/OKR)，提升團隊執行效率與商業談判技巧。<br>- 負責年度預算規劃、成本控管及最終業績目標達成。<br>- 產品研發與數據優化 (Product R&amp;D &amp; Optimization)：<br>- 針對樂園、票券及交通類產品進行深度開發，優化產品組合以提升轉化率。<br>- 結合數據分析與市場反饋，持續調整銷售策略，確保產品在市場上的領先地位。</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>■ 我們在尋找的人才<br>- 資歷背景： 5~8 年相關經驗。具備 OTA (如 Klook, Trip.com)、票券平台 (如 豐趣) 或電商平台相關背景者尤佳。<br>- 核心能力： 具備成熟的資源整合能力，能從商業角度出發，將複雜的供應商關係轉化為可執行的產品策略。<br>- 專案實績： 曾主導過大型景區合作案或交通票券行銷專案，熟悉高鐵相關行銷運作模式者優先考量。</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>■ 加分條件<br>- 具備高鐵行銷案執行經驗，特別是有推廣國際旅客來台經驗者。<br>- 與台灣大型主題樂園有直接合作或良好關係鏈。<br>- 熟悉票券平台運作機制或電商平台後勤系統邏輯。</p>",
