We value those who are committed to our core values of Advocacy, Courtesy, Efficiency, and Safety.challenges of sustaining the wellness and recovery process when leaving jail and returning to their communities.<br><strong>Registered Pharmacist</strong> <b>Position Summary: </b>The Registered Pharmacist must work with pharmacy staff, Quality Correctional Care staff, and county staff to provide medications to inmates and facilities. </p><p><strong>Registered Pharmacist </strong><b>Mandatory Functions: </b></p><ul><li>Comply with all current and future state, federal, and local laws and regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Comply with court orders, medical department rules and the policies and procedures of Quality Rx.</li></ul><ul><li>Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate therapy, and interactions and communicate any discrepancies to providers quickly to prevent any disruption of care to patients</li></ul><ul><li>Accurately and efficiently process, package, and dispense prescriptions</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains records for controlled substances and removes outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.</li></ul><ul><li>Closely manage inventory in a cost-effective manner</li></ul><ul><li>Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensures work is accurate</li></ul><ul><li>Recommend improved procedures, equipment, and supplies to Supervisor.</li></ul><ul><li>Participate in periodic drug utilization reviews of facilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>Present/participate in in-service education sessions.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain professional attitude at all times.</li></ul><ul><li>Any and all duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Registered Pharmacist </strong><b>Education, experience, and skills required: </b></p><ul><li>The Registered Pharmacist must be licensed in the state of Indiana</li></ul><ul><li>Graduate degree from an accredited pharmacy college recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE)</li><li>Experience working in a closed door/institutional pharmacy preferred, but not required</li><li>Experience with FrameWork helpful, but not required </li></ul><p><strong>Registered Pharmacist </strong><strong>Work Location:</strong> In person - Carmel, Indiana<br><strong>Pharmacy Hours: </strong>8AM-5PM, M-F </p><b>QRX Benefits:</b><ul><li>Competitive compensation packages</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Medical insurance (PPO or HSA)</li><li>$1,200 annual company HSA contribution</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>Short term disability</li><li>Voluntary life, accident, and critical illness</li><li>Pet Insurance</li><li>Cancer Coverage</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Financial Wellness Program</li><li>Employer paid long term disability, AD&D, and a $50,000 life insurance policy</li><li>401K with a 4% company match</li></ul>IND123",
