Maintenance Technician – Onsite Condo Community We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team at a vibrant condo community. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and enhancement of our community’s living environment, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained space. If you have a passion for property maintenance and excellent problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply. The anticipated start date is Jan. 1, 2027 Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, appliances, and common areas - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, resolving issues efficiently - Conduct minor repairs and replacements of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory - Assist with landscaping, cleaning, and other general upkeep tasks as needed - Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes - Collaborate with property management and vendors to coordinate larger repairs or projects Skills and Qualifications: - 2 + years of proven experience in property maintenance, facilities, or a similar role - Knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems - Familiar with safety procedures - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods Our community values a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes resident satisfaction and property excellence.
