As a vital member of the team, you will get to enjoy many great benefits:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive base compensation of $60,000 to $80,000 per year with a total earning potential upwards of $150,000</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Generous commission incentives to recognize sales performance</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Relocation assistance program available for eligible candidates</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family</strong></li>\n <li><strong>RRSP program with company matching to help you reach your financial goals</strong></li>\n <li>Excellent coaching and the freedom to succeed</li>\n <li>Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and mechanical services</li>\n <li>Company provided vehicle to support your success</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your duties will include:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Research, initiate, and implement sales strategies to grow commercial tire business</li>\n <li>Completing necessary follow up with customers, and continually updating customer requirements, purchases and buying levels.</li>\n <li>Provide alternative product if requested product is not available in an acceptable time frame.</li>\n <li>Accept sales request during sales calls and via telephone, fax, mail, etc.</li>\n <li>Ensure customer satisfaction with the final sale, explain receipts, obtain signatures.</li>\n <li>Ensure every client/customer request is processed in a timely manner to maintain a client base, ensuring the best service is provided to our client/customer</li>\n <li>Provide after service follow-up with all customers</li>\n <li>Handle client/customer complaints</li>\n <li>Perform fleet inspections as required</li>\n <li>Work with the inside sales team to answer phones, deliver customers, product etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What does it take to get on track?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of work experience in Sales and Service in the Tire Industry or related Industrial experience</li>\n <li>Experience in the automotive or tire industry is required</li>\n <li>The ideal candidate must be sales driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently to manage their region with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Knowledge or experience working with farming/agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment is a considerable asset.</li>\n <li>Valid Drivers License with a satisfactory Drivers Abstract is required</li>\n <li>Must be willing to participate in continuing education to upgrade knowledge in order to carry out responsibilities/duties.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 25 kilograms when required</li>\n <li>A customer focused mindset is essential</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work flexible hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Interested and qualified applicants are encouraged to apply online!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We use automated technology-assisted tools to help streamline our hiring process.
