    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Department: Technical</strong></p><p><strong>Position Description:&nbsp;</strong>Support position with functional authority for coordination and supervision of engineering activities for budgeting, planning, organization, and implementation of company services.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>-Lead Technical Team by assisting in coordinating the resources required to develop customer foundation and products.</p><p>-Lead and implement cost associated with quoting new and existing programs.</p><p>-Lead and manage all aspects of engineering activities at plant, such as program management, project engineering, product design, and product cost estimating.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>-Thorough understanding of each report and the duties required to be performed in their roles.</p><p>-Represent the needs of the customers to the associates, as required.</p><p>-Develop strategies and guidelines for technical application integration.</p><p>-Maintain team performance related measurables.</p><p>-Identify, review, and recommend new technologies in support of business objectives.</p><p>- Participate, as needed in internal problem solving/improvement activities.&nbsp;</p><p>-Other duties as assigned by management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><p>-Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management.</p><p>-Proficient use of personal computers and computers within a network environment.</p><p>-Effective communicator with customers, vendors, and all levels of associates.</p><p>-Perform basic math functions &ndash; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.</p><p>- Ability to actively manage problem-solving activities.&nbsp;</p><p>-Good understanding of mold, machine aux equipment, material and interaction of as it relates to CT manufacturing processes.</p><p>- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under extreme deadline pressure.</p><p>-Ability to support overtime during the week or weekends.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Key Interfaces</strong></p><p><strong>Internal:</strong></p><p>-All Clarion associates</p><p>-Clarion Corporate manufacturing support</p><p><strong>External:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>-Clarion&rsquo;s customers</p><p>-Clarion&rsquo;s vendors</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Measure Accountability:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>-Safety</p><p>-Quality</p><p>- Judgement/Decision making</p><p>-Teamwork/Interpersonal skills</p><p>-Attention to detail and accuracy of work</p><p>-Cost savings</p><p>-Time management</p><p>-Preventative Maintenance</p><p>-Predictive Maintenance</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div>\n",
