They will be comfortable utilizing modern maintenance management tools, reliability methodologies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement techniques to drive operational excellence, reduce downtime, and maximize asset performance across the facility.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership to maintenance technicians and contractors while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.</span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Supervise and coordinate all daily maintenance activities across processing, packaging, cold storage, warehouse, and utility areas.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Ensure rapid response to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Trade Certification (Industrial Mechanic/Millwright, Industrial Electrician, Refrigeration Technician, or related field).&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Engineering Technology Diploma.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\"><u><em>Experience</em></u></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance experience in food processing, seafood processing, manufacturing, or industrial operations.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;\">Experience with refrigeration systems, food processing equipment, and automated production lines.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
