    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">LOVE WHERE YOU WORK!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Voted <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Best Architectural Firm To Work For since 2018</span>, Taylor Design, a 100% employee-owned company, is looking for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Healthcare Project Architects </span>to join our<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Orange County </span>office. </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative, and fun architects and designers on award-winning projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(102, 102, 102)\">The </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Healthcare Project Architect</span><span style=\"color: rgb(102, 102, 102)\">, as a technical quality leader within a design team, should have technical expertise in architectural design, construction documents, construction, building codes and project coordination issues associated with diverse project types ideally with the delivery of Healthcare projects.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively coordinates their own work and the work of others using BIM and other design technology tools.</li>\n<li>Assist in ensuring compliance with design intent, and that their work, and the work they supervise, is completed efficiently as planned.<br>Coordinate with the Project Manager or Project Architect to ensure project resources are scheduled and used effectively.</li>\n<li>Have good working knowledge of project staffing, budgets, and task management.</li>\n<li>Communicate with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and project team to clarify technical issues and share project information with project team.</li>\n<li>Produce design and construction documents, and active works towards a complete understanding of jurisdictional code issues and resolutions</li>\n<li>Actively participates in researching construction materials, assemblies, and details.</li>\n<li>Be responsible for quality control of their own work and knowledge of and maintaining Taylor Design office standards for documentation.<br>Participate in the on-going development of firm wide BIM applications, tools, templates, and processes.</li>\n<li>Actively participate in QA reviews of technical documents.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What you will have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent educational experience.</li>\n<li>Registered Architect in the State of California.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a professional architectural office setting.</li>\n<li>Good to excellent Revit knowledge as well as MS Suite.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n<li>Experience in Health Care or Science and Technology a strong plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><br>At Taylor Design, we’re humble—it keeps us grounded.
