    "description": "<p>MGN events are looking for experienced Freelance Event Managers to support our team in our busy periods, on various projects.</p>\n<p>Please read the info below and apply for this if you are interested! </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span></p>\n<p>This position is for remote office working, but there may be some ad hoc onsite days required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience you MUST have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will have at least 4 years of Event Manager experience, with full budgetary responsibility and operational experience.</li>\n<li>You will have experience organising any of the following types of events:\n<ul>\n<li>Conferences,</li>\n<li>Virtual events</li>\n<li>Corporate events / Brand experiences</li>\n<li>Experiential projects</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Preferably, you will have worked in an agency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Duties include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing and curating event concepts that hit the client brief</li>\n<li>Venue searching</li>\n<li>Sourcing, contracting and liaising with suppliers</li>\n<li>Creating compelling event proposals in line with the client's requirements</li>\n<li>Working with the internal departments at MGN (Design and Production)</li>\n<li>Managing the event budget </li>\n<li>Managing client relationships</li>\n<li>General managerial admin surrounding the event</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key skills required:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mid to Senior-level experience with a high end corporate or private events background (preferably both, but not essential)</li>\n<li>Able to use Google apps (Drive/Sheets/Slides/Docs)</li>\n<li>Experience with single event budgets ranging from £50k to £1m+</li>\n<li>Hard-working with positive energy</li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills</li>\n<li>Driving licence/Own transport preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you would like to apply, please send click the apply button.<br>NO AGENCIES PLEASE.</p>",
