As an Assistant Store Manager , you’ll be a key leader in delivering an elevated client experience while inspiring and coaching your team to achieve excellence. Leadership & Development Deliver comprehensive training for new hires and facilitate ongoing product knowledge sessions. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Act as Manager on Duty, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns. Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards Support visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
