This role is ideal for someone with looking to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail marketing. Reporting to the Digital Content team, the intern will assist in content sourcing, community management, and performance reporting, while contributing to the overall social strategy. This is a collaborative role with opportunity to learn and grow.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Source and curate on-brand imagery aligned with The Webster branding</li><li>Assist in drafting engaging, brand-aligned captions for Instagram posts</li><li>Manage community engagement by responding to DMs and comments in a timely and thoughtful manner</li><li>Monitor social channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities</li><li>Support the creation and execution of Instagram Stories content</li><li>Assist with weekly social media reporting (performance metrics, insights, and recommendations)</li><li>Help maintain content calendars and organize assets for upcoming posts</li><li>Collaborate with the Digital Content team on campaign rollouts and seasonal initiatives</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience &amp; Competencies</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Strong interest in fashion, luxury retail, and digital content creation</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media best practices</li><li>Excellent written communication skills with an understanding of tone and brand voice</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic knowledge of social analytics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions) is a plus</li><li>Experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Additional responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of leadership</strong></p>\n",
