Description
Drive the end-to-end development of new and existing products by leading innovation projects from concept through to successful market launch. This role manages timelines, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures seamless execution across functions to deliver high-quality outcomes. With a strong focus on market needs and business impact, the position plays a key role in bringing impactful innovations to market and supporting overall portfolio growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and drive new product opportunities through in-depth market, consumer, and competitor analysis, translating insights into strong marketing-led innovation initiatives. Develop compelling product concepts and positioning strategies, supported by clear consumer value propositions and brand alignment. Build and evaluate business cases for new product initiatives, ensuring commercial attractiveness and alignment with brand growth objectives. Lead cross-functional collaboration to bring product concepts to life, ensuring marketing requirements are clearly translated into development and execution. Ensure all product initiatives meet quality and regulatory standards, including supporting documentation and approval processes. Manage end-to-end project timelines and key milestones, ensuring marketing deliverables are executed effectively and on schedule. Drive successful product launches by developing go-to-market strategies, leveraging consumer insights, and ensuring strong brand activation across channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus. 5–7 years of experience in marketing, innovation, or product development roles, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or related industries. Proven experience in supporting new product development and executing go-to-market strategies. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate consumer and market insights into actionable ideas. Solid understanding of branding, product positioning, and integrated marketing execution, including digital channels. Placement: Head Office, Bintaro.
