We are seeking Family Nurse Practitioners for Urgent Care centers situated throughout New Jersey, particularly, <strong>Bloomfield, NJ.</strong> Prior urgent care or walk-in center experience is<u> preferred</u>. One (1) year experience in family medicine and/or clinical setting is <u>required</u>. As a rapidly growing company, there are advancement and professional development opportunities. Several educational opportunities. Compensation commensurate with experience</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u><strong>:</strong></p><p>• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations and the counseling of patients towards compliance with treatment</p><p>• Order diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests, and interpret results accordingly</p><p>• Perform therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, infection management and wound care</p><p>• Prescribe pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions</p><p>• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and, moreover, deliver continuity of care (including referral of patients to specialists and to other relevant patient care components, as medically necessary and appropriate)</p><p>• Regularly communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information</p><p>• Willing to travel to other sites as needed, willing to travel in inclement weather</p><p>• Willing to participate in On-Call</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;</strong></u></p><p>• Medical through Cigna (multiple tiers depending on coverage and cost desires)&nbsp;</p><p>• Vision and Dental through Principal, NJ Delta Dental &amp; VSP&nbsp;</p><p>• PTO &amp; NJ Sick Time</p><p>• 401k through Voya, company match availability after 1 year of service and 1000 hours worked&nbsp;</p><p>• Life Insurance provided by the company 50k&nbsp;</p><p>• Accident, Cancer, Hospital, and Disability insurance are available through Aflac&nbsp;</p><p>• Additional voluntary benefits like short term disability insurance, cancer insurance, hospital insurance, critical illness insurance, supplemental life, etc. are also offered through Aflac&nbsp;</p><p>• Critical Illness, Supplemental Life, and Accident insurance are available through Principal&nbsp;</p><p>• Hourly range listed below&nbsp;</p><p><br></p>",
