Inputting and validating Borrower and loan information to insure a compliant loan is closed. Closers are also responsible for initiating funding approval and delivering funds. The individual must be able to concentrate in an open and fast-paced environment, have a high degree of accuracy, and be able to work well under pressure. The individual must have strong communication skills and be able to develop relationships with co-workers, attorneys, and title companies. Must be able to prioritize, follow instructions, take direction from others, and work well alone or in a group. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in Funding and Closing Document Preparation, or a combination thereof.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated strong knowledge of the mortgage industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be a self-motivated individual.&nbsp;</li><li>Problem solver with excellent analytical skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2 id=\"isPasted\">Education</h2><p>High school diploma or GED required<strong>.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><h2 id=\"isPasted\">Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of TRID, including Compliance Ease review on each transaction.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize notepad with all job-related changes for all parties.&nbsp;</li><li>SARA Review, verify closing/settlement agent is registered, request updated registration and or updated documents be sent to Secure Insight.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of minimum required investment for government transactions.&nbsp;</li><li>Closers are responsible for balancing closing disclosures and sending initial and final loan documents to the closing agent.</li><li>Closers are also responsible for initiating funding approval and delivering funds.</li><li>Prepare and deliver Loan Document packages within all disclosure compliance, state, and federal regulations.</li><li>Input all information using the KLIK System &ndash; verify all the info is correct in the system and send the CD to the Broker and Title for review.</li><li>Review the SARA report to ensure no changes.</li><li>Review the loan to prepare for closing. Pull all necessary documents:&nbsp;<ol><li>Closing Agent&rsquo;s draft/prelim CD</li><li>HOI</li><li>Title, CPL, Wire instructions, &amp; Tax Cert</li><li>All invoices (Trust docs, MI Cert, FHA/VA Docs if applicable) to ensure they are accurate, up to date, and within compliance. Request additional docs if necessary.</li></ol></li><li>Collaborate with title to balance the CD along with updating the fees to ensure fees are accurate and within tolerance.</li><li>Balance the wire and send a wire breakdown. &nbsp;</li><li>Send the package with any additional docs needed.</li><li>Input Warehouse Bank Information along with verifying the wire instructions and the closing date are accurate.
