This role combines deep troubleshooting expertise with proactive solution design, helping customers achieve reliable, scalable, and high‑performance data ecosystems. Develop a complete understanding of customer end-to-end data ecosystems, including Databases, object stores, file systems, and streaming platforms, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms, governance frameworks, and AI/ML environments. Drive initiatives that elevate customer experience, platform stability, and long‑term success</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead investigation and resolution of high‑severity, multi‑layer incidents involving infrastructure, Kubernetes, data engines, storage, networking, and system integrations</li><li>Provide solution architecture recommendations related to performance tuning, resiliency, configuration design, and integration best practices</li><li>Act as a technical bridge between Customer Support, Product Management, and R&amp;D</li><li>Escalate defects, influence roadmap decisions, and translate customer issues into actionable product improvements</li><li>Identify recurring patterns, systemic risks, and opportunities for optimization</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Take the First Step Toward Your Dream Career</strong></p><p>Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>12 to 15 years of related experience</li><li>An agentic-first mindset, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging advanced AI tools such as Cursor and Claude, and integrating autonomous agents into the <span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">development workflow</span></span></li><li><strong>AI/Data Engineering:</strong> Python development, working with datasets, and AI/ML models</li><li><strong>Database Expertise:</strong> Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, Elasticsearch, MS SQL, MongoDB</li><li><strong>DevOps &amp; Infrastructure:</strong> Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, observability/log pipelines, library and runtime environments</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Desirable Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or related experience</li><li>Starburst or Trino experience</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>Dell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices.
