      "content": "\n<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a plumbing estimator, preferably in a commercial setting.</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Fast Est estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>\n<li>[Degree or certification] in plumbing, construction management, or a related field is a plus.</li>\n<li>[Additional certifications or qualifications] preferred but not required.</li>\n"
