    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p>The Emergency Solutions Case Facilitator operates as a team member under the supervision of the Emergency Solutions Team Manager.</p><p>Primary job duties include 24/7/365 on-call for crisis intervention services and acting as community liaison between Northeastern Center and referral sources.
