    "description": "<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">JOB SUMMARY</span></p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior to Manager-level UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing practice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading end-to-end UKG WFM implementations and optimizations for clients across diverse industries. You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving both strategic guidance and hands-on configuration, with a strong emphasis on system integrations.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and deliver full-lifecycle UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support engagements, owning both functional configuration and technical design</li>\n<li>Gather, analyze, and translate complex client business requirements into scalable WFM solutions covering timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and attendance</li>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain system integrations between UKG WFM and third-party platforms (HRIS, ERP, payroll) using REST/SOAP APIs or Dell Boomi</li>\n<li>Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and escalation point for functional configuration issues, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery</li>\n<li>Mentor junior consultants, conduct peer reviews, and contribute to the development of internal delivery accelerators and best practices</li>\n<li>Support pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and client-facing presentations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) or UKG Ready / Workforce Central.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated techno-functional expertise across core WFM modules: Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, and Leave Management</li>\n<li>Proven experience with system integrations using one or more of the following:</li>\n<li>RESTful / SOAP API development and configuration</li>\n<li>Dell Boomi AtomSphere (design, deployment, and troubleshooting of integration processes)</li>\n<li>Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and working with large workforce datasets</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and labor compliance processes</li>\n<li>Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NICE TO HAVE</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification(s)</li>\n<li>Experience with UKG People Analytics or reporting tools (Cognos, BI)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies</li>\n<li>Exposure to workforce management in healthcare, manufacturing, or retail environments</li>\n<li>Experience with additional iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Azure Logic Apps)</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment</li>\n</ul>",
