Our mission is to provide affordable and high-quality patient care with a comprehensive range of health care services for residents of Central Wyoming, regardless of income, treating all patients with compassion, dignity, and respect.</p><p>In Casper, our Quick Care urgent care provides high-quality, patient centered care to individuals of all ages in a fast-paced clinical environment, <strong>Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM</strong>. <strong><u>This position is an as needed position working less than 20 hours/week</u></strong>. We treat non-life-threatening conditions with shorter wait times and less cost than a visit to the emergency room. Laboratory, X-Ray, and Pharmacy services are also available on-site.</p><p>This role includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute illnesses and injuries while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure exceptional patient care and service excellence. Work is performed in a typical outpatient clinic environment and periodically at locations outside the office. Some travel may be required, as we have other rural health clinics located throughout central Wyoming.</p><p><strong>Sensitivity to the Needs of Special Populations:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to understand and respond appropriately, effectively and sensitively to special population groups served by CHCCW (special population groups include, but is not limited to, those defined by race, ethnicity, language, age, sex, sexual orientation, economic standing, disabilities, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>What We&#39;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be a graduate of a recognized and accredited training program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Licensure by the State of Wyoming and by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is required</li><li>Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate competency in the clinic skills necessary to perform a range of primary care services&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Previous work in an Urgent Care setting is preferred</li><li>Ability to work and interact effectively and positively with other staff members to build and enhance teamwork throughout the clinic setting</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>This position requires successful completion of substance abuse testing as a condition of employment.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and provider of services.
