We’re looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our customers in the Medical Tech industry . You will actively drive growth in this area while working remotely. Your mission Strategic Market Development & Account Strategy You develop and own the go-to-market strategy for the Medical Tech sector. You identify and prioritize OEMs as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, build a sustainable pipeline, and position PartSpace as a strong partner for engineering, procurement, and cost engineering teams through strategic account development. Prospecting, Sales Cycle & Closing You identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting activities, networking, industry events, and your personal network within the Medical Tech ecosystem. You manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through to successful deal closure. Account Management & Growth of Existing Customers You manage and strategically grow our existing Medical Tech customers by identifying additional business opportunities and building long-term partnerships. Cross-Functional Collaboration You work closely with our Sales Leadership team, Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, as well as Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful market execution. Revenue Ownership You take full ownership of your revenue targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth in the Medical Tech segment. Forecasting & CRM Management You are responsible for forecasting your opportunities and ensuring transparent, structured pipeline management within our CRM system. Your profile You have several years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions, ideally within the Medical Tech, industrial, or manufacturing environment You have a proven track record in building new business (new logo sales) and closing complex enterprise deals You have experience working with OEMs as well as Tier 1 suppliers You have a solid understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost engineering processes within the Medical Tech context You bring strong skills in territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management You excel with outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at executive level You stand out through a high level of ownership, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset You have experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders Nice to have: Ideally, you bring a strong network in the Medical Tech space and experience selling technical software solutions What we offer Attractive compensation package including various components such as a company pension scheme and a dedicated learning & development budget Access to corporate benefits , e.g. Business Bike, company fitness programs, BahnCard, and numerous discounts with partner companies Flexible working hours and remote work options , including the possibility of workations A growing company with strong momentum and an open mindset , where you have real ownership and the opportunity to make an impact Open company culture with flat hierarchies , fast decision-making, direct communication, and a supportive first-name culture across all levels Strong team spirit  fostered through regular team events, offsites, and activities outside of work Modern work environment with good transport connections, high-quality equipment, and free drinks and snacks
