In this role, you will prepare each piece of high-end, residential furniture for the finishing team. By utilizing your learned skills in the art of wood sanding and repair, sandblasting and wire brushing of heirloom quality furniture, you will help our team achieve a world class, high quality hand finish to our products.&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Support with Case Clean Preparation including: the preparation of the product for sanding, removing all hardware and kits, transferring to trim, repairing any defects or damage to wood surfaces, reviewing product with black light to eliminate any glue residue and inspecting with Naptha for scratches or flaws in product</li>\n  <li>Execute Case Cleaning including: the preparation of product for Finishing, sanding with handheld sanding tools and hand sand as needed, inspecting for final approval, reviewing with the Finishing Team, and ensuring the product is secured on the rack for finishing</li>\n  <li>Utilize sandblasting booths and equipment to create desired texture, using the designated Texture Master and approval samples</li>\n  <li>Become an expert in the artistry of sanding and sandblasting</li>\n  <li>Create and maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment</li>\n  <li>Perform duties consistent with the company’s values, policies and procedures</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>3-5+ years of experience in either wood sanding, case cleaning or sandblasting</li>\n  <li>High School Diploma or equivalent work experience</li>\n  <li>Communicate effectively with all members of the team&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Read, analyze, and interpret written information, including engineering drawings</li>\n  <li>Adjust to changing conditions and situations quickly</li>\n  <li>Prioritize responsibilities, organize tasks and follow through to completion</li>\n  <li>Demonstrate integrity by being accountable for actions and keeping commitments</li>\n  <li>Consistently work to improve self, processes, and procedures</li>\n  <li>Continuously pursue excellence through attention to detail, dedication to superior quality, continuous improvement, and passion for the product</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Frequently moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs</li>\n  <li>Frequent standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and bending&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Occasionally work in a high noise space, where PPE is required</li>\n  <li>Spends time in a manufacturing environment&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>",
