The Post Production Coordinator we are looking for should have great inter-personal skills, be meticulous, always organized and work calmly and professionally especially during high pressure situations  </p><p><br><br><span style=\"line-height:115%;\"><b>MAIN DUTIES:</b></span></p>In this role, you’ll help shape a seamless client experience from the moment a project begins through final delivery. You’ll support our Producing team throughout the afternoon and evening, ensuring clients feel taken care of, sessions run smoothly, and communication flows clearly across departments. You’ll also play a hands‑on role in coordinating daily project logistics, maintaining accurate billing, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on project status.<ul><li>Serve as a polished, client‑facing representative, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and consistently met.</li><li>Act as a communication bridge between the Producing team, client production, and internal departments.</li><li>Create and finalize daily operator billing to support timely and accurate invoicing.</li><li>Greet and escort clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional experience.</li><li>Oversee evening virtual and in‑studio sessions, coordinating hospitality and ensuring sessions run smoothly.</li><li>Communicate session updates and project details to clients and internal teams with clarity and accuracy.</li><li>Organize internal and client meetings for each assigned project.</li><li>Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams to secure facility resources and personnel.</li><li>Reprioritize tasks throughout the day to accommodate shifting schedules and production needs.</li><li>Assist Producers with project tracking for billing and workflow management.</li><li>Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the team.</li></ul><br><span style=\"line-height:115%;\"><b>WHAT YOU BRING:</b></span><br><br>You bring a strong foundation in client‑facing Post Production environments and understand how to navigate the fast, detail‑heavy nature of creative workflows. You’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and adapting quickly as project needs evolve.
