You'll manage a varied portfolio including infrastructure refreshes, data centre migrations, cloud transformation, and cyber security programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead projects from initiation through to handover and acceptance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and customer expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage project financials, forecasting, and commercial performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Administer NEC contracts, change control, and commercial risk.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practice.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">About You:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You'll have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience delivering complex IT projects in enterprise environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and/or cyber security technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, APM or equivalent).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desirable:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience within government, higher education, or regulated sectors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience managing third-party suppliers and partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of ServiceNow Project Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Additional Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full UK driving licence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to travel to customer sites and Roc offices as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance.</span></li>\n</ul>",
