    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li>Install, repair, and maintain all equipment and facilities.</li>\n <li>Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.</li>\n <li>Examine and test equipment after repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime.</li>\n <li>Record operational data, such as pressure readings, length of stroke, feeds, and speeds for use in set-up and preventive maintenance records.</li>\n <li>Review Production System Efficiency and Quality System Efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement; propose and implement continuous productivity, process, and quality improvement actions for all facilities.</li>\n <li>Facilitate equipment moves on the shop floor.</li>\n <li>Give advice on technical specifications of new equipment and alterations on existing equipment and facilities, making sure manufacturing, maintainability and Health, Safety &amp; Environmental requirements are met.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Set up requisitions for supplies, equipment, and facilities.</li>\n <li>Participate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime.</li>\n <li>Keep most recent documentation related to maintenance.</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Education Level:</strong><br>\n Technical School<br>\n Area of Study: Specialization in Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or similar.<br>\n *Equivalent work experience may also be considered for this position.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge):</strong></p>\n<p>3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Maintenance / Engineering.<br>\n 3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read and understand hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic prints.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues – 24v dc, 120v, 240v, and 3 phase electronic circuits.</li>\n <li>Experience operating basic shop tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>High level of mechanical aptitude.</li>\n <li>Time management- sense of urgency</li>\n <li>Proven ability to undertake tasks of substantial variety and/or complexity, which require an extensive knowledge of fabrication/processing techniques, tools, materials, machines, and equipment.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience troubleshooting and maintaining a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to – light assembly, plastic welding technology, injection molding machines, robots.</li>\n <li>Welding experience.</li>\n <li>Excellent Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic circuit troubleshooting.</li>\n</ul>",
