Build proactive and authentic relationships with students, families and staff<br>2. Support innovation, collaboration, and refining of school protocols and procedures consistently that are<br>aligned with restorative practices and school values<br>3. Develop, implement, and supervise an In School Restoration (ISR) experience for students needing to<br>spend time in ISR to reflect and repair harm<br>4. Respond to support calls and follow through on Kairos protocols around response to behavior at DLS<br>5. Support with the designing and planning of working lunch, actions of repair, and the use of reflection<br>sheets to ensure it is in line with Restorative Practice initiatives at DLS HS<br>6. Serve as an active member of the Restorative Practices Team (This may include coaching staff in real<br>time or facilitating staff development sessions.)<br>7. Support with conflict resolution and mediation work for students at DLS HS<br>8. Plan and lead connection circles and community building activities with staff and students as part of<br>Crew, Town Halls, and Staff Development<br>9. Track, monitor, evaluate, respond to, and report RP data in Kairos/Student Life Trackers, Intellispark and<br>Infinite Campus<br>10. Additional assigned duties as assigned by the assistant principal/principal<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Qualifications:</span><br>● At least three years of relevant experience working with students and families from a variety of backgrounds, including urban environments and students at risk of academic failure<br>● Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in teaching, counseling, or related field preferred<br>● Deep knowledge of restorative practices, Missouri laws and regulations pertaining to charter schools and all aspects of student/family rights in behavior and dismissal proceedings<br>● Able and willing to work extended school day hours and extended school year days<br>● Effectively prioritizes work and meets deadlines; is organized; manages multiple assignments; follows assignments through to completion; responds quickly to requests for information and assistance<br>● Maintains confidential and sensitive information, with respect to both school and student level data and internal staff members</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>(Applicants are considered for all positions without regard to sex, race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other factor prohibited by law.)</p>",
