The Lead Data Analyst plays a critical role in that mission by owning the analytics layer of the Data Platform and ensuring that insights delivered across the organization are accurate, consistent, and actionable.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><!--block-->This role serves as the senior analytics authority, responsible for setting analytical standards, governing semantic model architecture, and leading a team of Data Analysts. You ensure that reporting and dashboards across the platform are built on a consistent foundation and that the analytics function scales effectively as new data sources, companies, and use cases are added.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><!--block-->You operate as a player-coach, managing a team while remaining hands-on as the most senior analytical contributor. You define how data is modeled, how metrics are calculated, and how insights are presented to business leaders. You own the Power BI environment, including dataset architecture, report quality, and access control, ensuring a high standard across all outputs.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><!--block-->You work closely with the VP of Data and Analytics to align analytics with business priorities, with Data Engineering to ensure data is structured for analysis, and with business and program leadership to deliver insights that drive decision-making.
