The ideal candidate will perform these tasks while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with ACI Jet’s employees, vendors, and clients by personally performing these duties or through subordinate staff members.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports To</strong></p><p>The Custodian will report directly to the Custodian Supervisor.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned as required by management)</p><ul><li>Perform daily detailed cleaning of all ACI Jet facilities</li><li>Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties</li><li>Observes appearances and conditions of facilities and reports needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring service to Facilities/GSE Lead</li><li>Use company vehicle to retrieve supplies and materials necessary for completion of duties</li><li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.</li><li>Ensures all ACI Jet maintenance requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Ensures the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet’s SQMS program.</li></ul>",
