    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>As an Automotive Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for the receiving of all incoming vehicles, collecting the transporters Bill of Lading, identifying potential transportation damage and staging vehicles for inspection at our reconditioning and logistics centers. You will be familiar with the Hgreg inventory and receiving process.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Receive incoming vehicles, locates, moves and stages vehicles</li><li>Collect and go over the &ldquo;Bill of Lading&rdquo; on each vehicle received</li><li>Visual inspect each vehicle and report damage to management</li><li>Prepare barcodes, tags and key fobs for vehicles still in transit</li><li>Remove auction stickers and replace with pre-registered barcodes</li><li>Create work orders</li><li>Complete body estimate on all newly received vehicles</li><li>Delete wholesale vehicles from Pre-Recon</li><li>Coordinate with buying/Inventory team to stage OVE vehicles for the auction, arbitration and wholesale</li><li>Complete a weekly inventory scan of all vehicles and assist audit team locating any that may be missing</li><li>Utilize and navigate live documents to track vehicle status</li><li>Delete canceled auction vehicles no longer in transit from Pre-Recon</li><li>Operate and troubleshoot and inventory tracking systems.</li><li>Daily check-ins with the manager</li><li>Compliance to company policies and procedures</li><li>Compliance to safety requirements</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Two years of work experience, required in an outdoor automotive environment</strong></li><li><strong>One year of receiving and/or inventory experience</strong></li><li>Ability to be outside and stand for several hours</li><li>General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude</li><li>Ability to differentiate colors</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, with ability to operate handheld devices</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and attitude</li><li>Multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to travel</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Ability to work in extreme conditions (weather and terrain)</li><li>Driver&#39;s license required</li></ul><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Dental insurance</li><li>401(K)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Paid Group Term Life Insurance</li><li>Paid Training to promote professional growth</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Supplemental Personal Accident Insurance</li></ul><p><strong>SCHEDULE</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>8-hour shift</li><li>Weekend availability</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day.</li><li>Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.</li><li>Use hands, fingers and arms continually, frequently and throughout the day.</li><li>Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop and kneel continually, frequently and throughout the day.</li><li>Pick-up, lift and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.</li><li>Operate and drive vehicles or equipment in a safe manner.</li><li>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
