          "text": "<p><br /></p><p>UX Research Analyst/Tester</p><p><br /></p><p>Piscataway, NJ</p><p><br /></p><p>5+ Months Contract</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>Job Description:</p><p><br /></p><p>•    2 plus years of professional experience with usability analysis or testing and research analysis for user or customer experience ( UX). </p><p><br /></p><p>•    Person who has written test cases from requirements. </p><p><br /></p><p>•    A great communicator eager to learn and be in fast paced enterprise environment. </p><p><br /></p><p>•    Customer  or User Experience Testing role is primarily for client&apos;s Retail Stores. </p><p><br /></p><p>•    Candidate would test (but not limited to) New or Modified Products and Service and National client&apos;s Retail policies. </p><p><br /></p><p>•    Analyzing data from reporting and also data retrieved from Usability Testing Tools from Survey Monkey, OpinonLabs, Foresee, usertesting.com, Customer  or User Focus Groups, Optimal workshops.</p><p><br /></p><p>Retail Experience (a plus):</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Behavioral Science or Psychology or work experience equivalent</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Has both the usability testing, customer experience and research analysis background.</p><p><br /></p><p>Primary Skill Requirement:   </p><p><br /></p><p>•    User and Customer Experience, Journey Mapping, Strong PPTX, Word, Excel experience.</p>",
