    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Summary</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>The Lab Chemist III is responsible for performing advanced qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses in a laboratory setting to support quality control, compliance, and operational goals. This role works with a variety of chemical substances, instruments, and testing methods while maintaining strict adherence to all Health &amp; Safety policies and procedures. This position also plays a key role in training and mentoring entry-level laboratory staff.</span></p>\n<p><span>Pay: $25 - $32 per hour</span></p>\n<p><span>Monday - Friday</span></p>\n<p><span>This position is Non-exempt, so it would be a full-time hourly role with potential for overtime hours/pay. 40 hours per week with optional overtime as desired.&nbsp;</span></p>",
