Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.<br><br><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Review work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies through manager/supervisor required to perform the work and prepare for operations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Perform building and grounds maintenance and general upkeep duties as needed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Assist Facilities Manager and other personnel with installations, modifications, adjustments and replacements of tools equipment and any other maintenance projects as assigned.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Maintain warehouse, operate power equipment to sweep, wash warehouse floors, aisles, clean-up spills, remove trash and debris.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Perform scheduled custodial duties, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pickup, painting, scraping, power washing,&nbsp;and other projects as assigned, fill and maintain the cardboard baler.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Perform light maintenance (e.g., change light bulbs, unstop toilets, clean carpets, duct work, set-up conference rooms, etc.) as needed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Assist warehouse personnel, outside contractors and maintenance personnel on special maintenance projects as directed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">At end of shift, secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties, and complete all required paperwork.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:13px;\">Ability to assist in PIT Equipment training</span></li></ul>",
