Collaborating closely with stake holders, you will translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation in the organization’s use of ServiceNow.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions.  The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>",
