Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning for all applicable clients. Develop comprehensive diagnostic assessment within the scope of license.</p><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Position Description:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform counseling, psychosocial intervention and treatment under close supervision</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain caseload and utilization by maintaining regular contact with clients</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and assess progress utilizing supportive methods</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interview and observe clients and prepare clinical reports and individualized service plans</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May provide family counseling according to established principles and best practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide cognitive behavioral treatment, conduct assessments, individual/group counseling and case management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">May provide clinical direction and participate in providing in-service training to other treatment team members</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides dependent diagnosis, under close supervision of an independently licensed supervisor</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides in-depth assessment services and diagnostic summaries; assesses and selects appropriate counseling methods to maximize treatment process and outcomes, both individual and group</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities in compliance with contract, regulatory and agency requirements and clinical best practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and regulations and licensure scope</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consult with team members concerning situations and possible courses of action</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete agency, accrediting body, and funder required training&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to interact with others in an ethical, culturally sensitive and respectful manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be adaptive, flexible and responsive to the needs of the client and program</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective verbal and written communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrate professional behavior and strong clinical boundaries</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task while prioritizing tasks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Remain current in general knowledge of psychotropic medications, side effects and DSM-V/ICD-10 diagnosis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use electronic service documentation system effectively</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Job Requirements:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher and at least one of the following licenses: LSW or LPC&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">2 &ndash; 5 years clinical counseling experience preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Essential Functions/Physical Demands:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Positional: Driving in accordance with job duties assigned.
