This role requires strategic leadership, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement to ensure program success across fuel marking, testing, compliance, and reporting.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The essential functions listed below are representative of the functions that must be performed to satisfactorily fulfill the purpose of this job. Additional functions and duties may be assumed or assigned from time-to-time.&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong>Program Leadership</strong>: Direct all aspects of the Morocco Fuel Integrity Program at the country-level, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and Authentix&rsquo;s global strategy</li><li><strong>Team Management</strong>: Build, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary in-country team including Country Managers who oversee operations, QHSE, laboratory, and field-testing personnel</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Serve as the primary liaison with ADII, DTE, oil marketing companies (OMCs), and other government entities; represent the company with key external stakeholders, including partners, sector-wide networks, and government</li><li><strong>Operational Oversight:</strong> Ensure effective execution of marking and testing operations at depots, terminals, and retail stations; oversee infrastructure including warehouses, labs, and mobile testing units; obtain necessary inputs/guidance from other internal stakeholders ensuring program goals are achieved. Oversee subcontractors to ensure performance standards area being met in conformance with the established agreements.</li><li><strong>Compliance and Reporting</strong>:&nbsp;Monitor regulatory developments, ensure SOP adherence, and deliver high-quality reports to internal and external stakeholders &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Budget and Risk Mitigation</strong>:<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Develop, manage, and present monthly budgets, mitigate operational risks, and ensure cost-effective delivery of services</li><li><strong>Technology Integration</strong>: Oversee deployment and use of management systems that support data collection, compliance, reporting, traceability, and decision-making protocols.
