This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between HaloITSM and third-party applications, databases, cloud services, and on-premises systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a strong programmer with extensive systems integration experience, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to mentor junior resources. This role will play a key part in expanding our integration services offerings across the Halo customer base.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and support integrations between HaloITSM and third-party systems.</li>\n <li>Develop API-based, database-driven, file-based, and event-driven integrations.</li>\n <li>Participate in customer discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements.</li>\n <li>Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data synchronization issues.</li>\n <li>Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment procedures.</li>\n <li>Lead integration projects from design through implementation and support.</li>\n <li>Mentor and guide junior integration developers and consultants.</li>\n <li>Review technical designs and code developed by team members.</li>\n <li>Assist with estimating effort and defining project delivery approaches.</li>\n <li>Work directly with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the development of our integration service offerings and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of software development and systems integration experience.</li>\n <li>Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:</li>\n <li>C#</li>\n <li>Python</li>\n <li>JavaScript / Node.js</li>\n <li>Java</li>\n <li>Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.</li>\n <li>Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications.</li>\n <li>Strong SQL and database experience.</li>\n <li>Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple systems.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work directly with customers and lead technical discussions.</li>\n <li>Experience mentoring or leading junior technical resources.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with HaloITSM or HaloPSA.</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Power Automate.</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.</li>\n <li>Experience with ETL, data migration, and data transformation projects.</li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring and support of production integrations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or ITIL frameworks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong customer-service mindset.</li>\n <li>Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a consulting and project-based environment.</li>\n <li>Able to balance technical excellence with practical business outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $70.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.",
