The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, interview, and engage contract interpreters for over 350 languages.</li><li>Develop and maintain interpreter relationships across the United States population.</li><li>Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Onsite Recruiting Manager to increase interpreter engagement.</li><li>Achieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the department</li><li>Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards</li><li>Using the ATS system, effectively manage candidate applications and flow</li></ul>",
