If you&rsquo;re a highly skilled technician with strong welding, fabrication, hydraulic, and electrical expertise &mdash; and you&rsquo;re ready to mentor others while raising the bar on quality and efficiency &mdash; this is your opportunity to step into a true leadership role.</p><p>If you&rsquo;re ready to bring your expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence to a team that builds industry-trusted equipment, we want to hear from you.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>&bull; Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems<br data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1578\">&bull; Perform fabrication, including design input, layout, cutting, and forming<br data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1656\">&bull; Weld according to specifications; 10 gauge to 1&rdquo; steel<br data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1715\">&bull; Properly install, repair, and maintain all electrical components<br data-start=\"1781\" data-end=\"1784\">&bull; Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems<br data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1836\">&bull; Perform and oversee quality control checks on all completed jobs<br data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1905\">&bull; Review and complete all job notes required in conjunction with work assignments<br data-start=\"1986\" data-end=\"1989\">&bull; Assist in prioritizing workload and coordinating jobs within the service department<br data-start=\"2074\" data-end=\"2077\">&bull; Train, mentor, and provide technical guidance to Service Technicians<br data-start=\"2147\" data-end=\"2150\">&bull; Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and problem-solving<br data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2224\">&bull; Promote best practices, efficiency, and consistency across the service team<br data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2304\">&bull; Maintain a clean work area and ensure technicians perform work in a neat and orderly fashion<br data-start=\"2398\" data-end=\"2401\">&bull; Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment<br data-start=\"2466\" data-end=\"2469\">&bull; Enforce and model all safety procedures and work in a safe manner</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Minimum Requirements</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical repair, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment maintenance<br data-start=\"2683\" data-end=\"2686\" data-pasted=\"true\">&bull; Advanced knowledge of welding equipment, fabrication techniques, tools, and safety procedures<br data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2784\">&bull; Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems<br data-start=\"2855\" data-end=\"2858\">&bull; Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor technicians<br data-start=\"2919\" data-end=\"2922\">&bull; Strong customer service aptitude with excellent communication skills<br data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"2995\">&bull; Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints<br data-start=\"3074\" data-end=\"3077\">&bull; Ability to meet the physical demands required to perform job functions, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling<br data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3241\">&bull; Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship<br data-start=\"3315\" data-end=\"3318\">&bull; Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead a team<br data-start=\"3404\" data-end=\"3407\">&bull; Willingness to continue learning and developing technical and leadership skills<br data-start=\"3488\" data-end=\"3491\">&bull; Must have own tools (a list will be provided)</p><p><strong><u>Work Environment</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;This position works in a climate-controlled shop setting.
