Troubleshoots erroneous hardware and software, repairs and replaces parts and optimize TLS system to achieve 100% working conditions. Assists with floor operations and provides spectacular service to all guests.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: </strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Adheres to department policies and procedures, MICS, State Compact, Appendix X &amp; X2, Tribal Internal Controls Standard and Title 31</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs duties in a spectacular service manner during guest interactions on the gaming floor and ensures that the game(s) are functioning at an optimal level for patron play</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists in the maintenance of TLS and its components, including player terminals, POS terminals, TCP/IP networks, kiosks and any other CSO equipment or applications.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensures accuracy of game settings, configurations, certifications, and generated reports</li>\r\n\t<li>Applies strict administrative and organization controls to ensure continuous error free data</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists in analysis to determine whether equipment should be repaired or replaced</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists Senior Technician with additional equipment installed or newly developed equipment/technology acquired</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs diagnostic troubleshooting and re-tests all electronic equipment maintained by CSO as assigned</li>\r\n\t<li>Conducts preventive maintenance on all electronic equipment maintained by CSO as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Secondary Functions:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Assists in monitoring of equipment and reports any anomalies to the CSO Technician Supervisor or Shift Manager</li>\r\n\t<li>Provides support within CSO as necessary</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensures cleanliness and organization of all work areas</li>\r\n\t<li>Organize and maintain the inventory control per prescribed procedures.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assists in preparation of recommendations for acquisition of newly developed, additional, replacement equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>All other duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Specific Job Skills:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Thorough understanding of MICS, TICS, State Compact, Department Internal Controls/Policies &amp; Procedures, Appendix X &amp; X2, and Port Madison Enterprises employee handbook</li>\r\n\t<li>Possesses the ability to multi-task and detail oriented</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to understand basic technical schematics of electronics</li>\r\n\t<li>Demonstrates public relation skills, as necessary when performing duties on the gaming floor in the presence of guests</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner both in writing and verbally</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work with employees</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to problem solve and provide technical solutions to majority of all technical issues found on the gaming floor</li>\r\n\t<li>Entry level to intermediate level of knowledge of computer operations and proficient in MS Office Applications</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work well with guests</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to work as part of a team</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to lead the project team during 3 months rotation</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to follow directions but also self-motivated to ensure technical support is upheld on all levels</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to provide entry level to intermediate level solutions on all technical aspects to the CSO Tech Supervisor or Shift Manager</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
