    "description": "<p>We are seeking a Finance Officer - Accounts to support our continued growth by supporting the financial / accounting operations and ensuring we meet all our legal requirements. The candidate will be required to demonstrate a keen interest in accounting activities including the preparation of management accounts. In addition possess excellent organizational skills and be efficient in handling time-sensitive tasks.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Day to Day Accounting Responsibilities:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Maintaining of accurate accounting records on our Finance Systems - Reconciliation / Payments.</p>\n<p>· Preparation of Timely Management Information &amp; Reporting.</p>\n<p>· Business Stakeholder Engagement.</p>\n<p>· Lead / Support Auditing Procedures / Processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Leading / Participating on various projects and change activities across Finance:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Liaising / Engaging with relevant Stakeholders across the organisation and externally</p>\n<p>· Leveraging Third Party expertise where required.</p>\n<p>· Ensure appropriate documentation of all Policies and Procedures.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Providing Support to Finance Team:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Identifying opportunities for process and performance improvement</p>\n<p>· Contributing to a robust controls culture across the team</p>\n<p>· Execution of ad hoc activities as required by Senior Management</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Experience &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Previous Experience in a Finance / Accounting role (2 to 4 Yrs.) (Banking a Plus+)</p>\n<p>· Good Understanding of Regulation, including CRR, and the Regulatory Reporting Framework – An Advantage</p>\n<p>· Good Knowledge of Financial and Accounting Procedures in a similar role.</p>\n<p>· Experience in using Financial Software / Accounting Packages</p>\n<p>· Advanced MS Excel skills</p>\n<p>· Ideally Knowledge of Financial Regulations</p>\n<p>· Good Analytical and Numerical Skills</p>\n<p>· Strong Work Ethic</p>\n<p>· Studying or Part Qualified in ACCA</p>\n<p>· Fluent in English</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Competitive Salary + Benefits + Bonus.</span></p>",
