Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sodexo is seeking a <strong>General Manager 5 - Food </strong>for <strong>St. Francis Medical Center</strong> located in <strong>Monroe, Louisiana. </strong>This 317-bed facility is 1 of 10 healthcare facilities within the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System. St. Francis is consistently recognized for compassionate care, clinical expertise, and quality. This position will report directly to the Client Executive and will oversee all aspects of the food service operations at this facility. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>have oversight of day-to-day operations;</li>\n <li>successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff;</li>\n <li>deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations;</li>\n <li>achieve company and client financial targets and goals; </li>\n <li>develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)</li>\n <li>develop strategic plans;</li>\n <li>ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;</li>\n <li>have daily interaction with patients, their families and clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction;</li>\n <li>create a positive environment; and/or</li>\n <li>ensure Sodexo standards are met. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
