Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Two years experience working in school-based or special education settings preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and consultation skills
Knowledge of IEP processes, behavioral interventions, and special education regulations
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Position Details
This is a full-time, salaried, 12-month position within NCIA’s Youth in Transition School, reporting to the Executive Director of Education.
If you are passionate about behavioral support, student success, and creating meaningful change through evidence-based practice, we encourage you to apply.
NCIA offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, generous paid time off, credit union membership, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
