Join us as we change the future of addiction healthcare.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you believe in recovery, harm reduction, and member-centered care — this is your place.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>$2,000 sign-on bonus</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $55,000–$70,000 annually *based on experience and qualifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p>\n<p>• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM• Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.</li>\n <li>Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.</li>\n <li>Monitor member progress and document outcomes.</li>\n <li>Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.</li>\n <li>Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations CADC, LPCA, CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LPCC-S, LCADC, LISW</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.</li>\n <li>Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace.</li>\n <li>Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.</li>\n <li>Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.</li>\n</ul>",
