We even offer pet insurance for your four-legged family members. • Early access to earned wages with Daily Pay, tuition reimbursement to help further your career and adoption assistance to help you grow your family. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>With a collective goal to champion a culture of belonging where everyone feels valued and respected, we honor the ways people are unique and embrace what brings us together.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>And, we believe equipping you with support and development opportunities is a vital part of delivering an exceptional employment experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team of experts and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Provides direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, person-centered or family-centered treatment planning, and treatment of clients assigned (Psychologist with additional treating/testing duties).</li>\n <li>Provides continuity of care by working with other professionals (psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, CMI staff).</li>\n <li>Makes referrals based on screening protocols and assessed needs of clients.</li>\n <li>Takes responsibility for emergency phone calls/walk-ins as assigned.</li>\n <li>Performs after hour, emergency on-call duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Participates in organizational Quality Improvement activities.</li>\n <li>Complies with Corporate Compliance processes and completes required documentation and record keeping in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Participates in community consultation and education opportunities as a representative of Abbe.</li>\n <li>Develops appropriate new skills in Evidence Based Practice modalities and accepts new responsibilities as program and community needs evolve.</li>\n <li>Attends staff meetings and participates in evaluating and planning for services.</li>\n <li>Understands and applies ASAM criteria for decision-making and recommendations for treatment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<p>Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or equivalent.</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications/Experience</strong></p>\n<p>Licensed or able to complete licensing requirements to provide outpatient therapy services in the state of Iowa. Independent license preferred; however, temporary licensed providers are welcome to apply. For those seeking independent licensure we provide high quality supervision – we will work with you to learn diagnosis and effective modalities of treatment to develop your innate gift to help others.</p>",
