The position is perfect for those who enjoy working in a team environment and are looking to gain hands-on experience in recreation management, event planning, and student leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the supervision, setup, operation, and breakdown of intramural and adventure events.</li><li>Enforce rules and regulations, ensuring safety and fair play in intramurals and fitness locations.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments to help maintain a safe recreational environment.</li><li>Support participant registration and help with recruitment at recreational events.</li><li>May contribute to:</li></ul><ol><li>Officiating games and managing score/timekeeping</li><li>Staff supervision, training, and scheduling</li><li>Inventory management and equipment tracking</li><li>Marketing and promotion via social media, flyers, photography, and video</li><li>Beach supervision, gym supervision, and off-campus event supervision</li></ol><ul><li>Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, representing Keuka College positively.</li><li>Attend training and meetings as required.</li><li>Protect student privacy in accordance with FERPA regulations.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
