Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Specific duties and responsibilities of EHS Coordinator include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Demonstrates a deep, personal commitment to safety, preservation of the environment, and the health of our employees, guests and neighbors at all times.</li><li>Leads corporate program implementation, agency required data collection and reporting, risk assessment, incident analysis, training and overall program management for all entities. This includes developing and executing a plan to partner with business leaders and employees to increase shared responsibility/accountability for safety.</li><li>Conduct frequent walk downs of SHINE facilities/workplaces to identify/assess and address potential work place safety issues.</li><li>Conduct occupational Industrial Hygiene monitoring in support of SHINE R&amp;D and production activities.</li><li>Prepare and conduct employee trainings to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.</li><li>Work with Radiation Safety Officer to implement radiation protection department policies, programs, and procedures as required.</li><li>Perform other duties as requested or assigned.</li><li>In partnership with HR, support compliance actions and reporting with all applicable regulations and/or guidelines established by OSHA, WDNR, DOT, and other applicable agencies. Requires handling of average weight objects up to 40 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. </li><li>Fine motor coordination and strong depth perception is beneficial.</li><li>Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. </li><li>Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. </li></ul><p>Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls.
