The purpose of this job specifically includes managing the OR framework, policy and procedure, while also analyzing and consolidating operational risk data from teams and generating Branch-wide operational risk management reports to the Head Office.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Include but are not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Risk aggregation and Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collect operational risk related data from departments</li>\n <li>Q&A the data input and follow up with the departments if necessary</li>\n <li>Consolidate the data and complete risk aggregation and reporting to all executive committees</li>\n <li>Analyze the data input from teams and departments and consolidate the inputs to generate reports</li>\n <li>Work with different departments to prepare</li>\n <li>Operational Risk Related ERM report and ORM report</li>\n <li>Head Office reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Governance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Administrator of the Operational Risk Committee (ORC)</li>\n <li>Manage and maintain all ORD policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Facilitate meetings with regulators and provide materials requested by regulators</li>\n <li>Facilitate audit meetings and affairs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures impacting Operational Risk Management</li>\n <li>Ensure adherence to Branch policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Support with the execution of department strategic objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree is required for this position</li>\n <li>A minimum of 2 year of experience in the Banking industry and risk management</li>\n <li>Knowledge of operational or enterprise risk management concepts, framework, methods, and good governance practices</li>\n <li>Bilingual abilities in both English and Chinese is required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range<p><em>Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.</em></p></h2>USD $42,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.",
