Services to be provided include the full range of Nuclear Medicine department operations. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers. </p><p>Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare patients for nuclear medicine imaging procedures</li><li>Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine studies, including but not limited to:<ul><li>Bone scans, brain scans, cardiac stress tests, GI bleed scans, HIDA, thyroid, lung perfusion/ventilation, iodine therapy</li></ul></li><li>Prepare and administer radioactive and non‑radioactive pharmaceuticals</li><li>Accurately record radiopharmaceutical doses</li><li>Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment and monitoring systems</li><li>Evaluate image quality and take corrective action when needed</li><li>Monitor patients during procedures and report abnormal changes to physicians</li><li>Enter imaging data and notes into VA electronic medical records (CPRS/PACS)</li><li>Follow all radiation safety, ALARA, infection control, and VA policies</li><li>Clean, disinfect, and maintain equipment and work areas</li><li>Document delayed cases with reason and plan of action</li><li>Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Certification by NMTCB or ARRT (N) in Nuclear Medicine Technology</li><li>Current, full, and unrestricted Radiologic Technology license (U.S. state/territory/DC)</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience performing nuclear medicine exams</li><li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently</li><li>BLS certification (American Heart Association)</li><li>Completion of VA‑required training (HIPAA, Privacy, CPRS, VISTA, Cyber Security)</li><li>Annual continuing education to maintain certification</li><li>Successful VA credentialing, background investigation, and health screenings</li><li>Compliance with immunization and TB testing requirements</li><li>No sponsorship available </li></ul><p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$85.00 - $90.00 hourly</p><p><strong>All candidates must be able to:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 20 lbs</li>\n\t<li>Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance</li>\n\t<li>Push/pull with 30 lbs of force</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. </strong></p>",
